For over twenty years, I’ve travelled the world, speaking at conferences, leading retreats and sharing life with curious people. From business and creative communities to spiritual gatherings, I love conversations that spark something fresh, stretch our imagination and leave us seeing a little differently.

Through coaching and consultancy, I help individuals and leaders pause, find clarity and imagine what comes next. I love helping people discover their purpose—and the courage to follow it.

I’m a mystical Christian, fascinated by the meeting place of faith, consciousness and human experience. My studies in psychology inform that exploration, and meditation makes space for stillness, wonder and connection with God. At the heart of my faith is our belonging in the life of Christ. Whatever your background or beliefs, you’re welcome in the conversation.

I wrote Beyond Human: Fully Identified in the New Creation, now translated into nine languages and available in print and audiobook. And sometimes, words give way to colour. My art is another expression of what moves me—joy, beauty and the wonder of being alive.

Home is Wales, where my wife, Rachel, and I nurture an international community through Patreon, retreats and gatherings. Together with our team, we create spaces for spiritual exploration, discovering human potential and living life to its fullest. As it should be!
